U-393: The Experimental Boat of Testing Group 'Sultan'
No war-time badge but likely issued during a crew reunion of some sort, but by no means an unmeritoriously crafted badge, nicely painted and presumably mimicking in detail the true to life colour scheme of the famous U-393 conning tower emblem. So far I have not seen another copy.
